Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of energy drinks, we only accept returns if:

• Incorrect product was delivered
• Product was damaged on arrival
• You received an expired item

2. Return Window

Return requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued after verification of the return request.
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is ours).

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

5. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

Contact us with your order ID, issue description, and photos/videos of the product.
