1. Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of energy drinks, we only accept returns if:
- Incorrect product was delivered
- Product was damaged on arrival
- You received an expired item
2. Return Window
Return requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued after verification of the return request.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is ours).
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
